Amassa
Full operations platform for destination management companies. Manages 1,300+ daily services across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Replaced Google Sheets and WhatsApp with a proper system.
Service logs, automated transfer dispatch (SuperTransfers), issue tracking with cause analysis, flight verification, guest portals, AI chatbot, automated daily briefings, team management, approval workflows.
AI operations assistant
Domain-specific AI chatbot built with OpenRouter. Handles issue reporting, booking lookups, no-show reports, expense logging, and reminders through natural language. 12+ workflow categories. Runs as a standalone mobile app.
Automation workflows
n8n-based automation systems: lead capture webhooks, Telegram notifications, Google Sheets integration, scheduled email reports, flight data verification, daily briefings. Built for reliability — every workflow runs unattended.

Portals Booth
In collaboration with GingerWork, we developed a customized DJ booth in 2021 featuring over 60 meters of individually soldered LED strips. First installed for a private event on Ko Phangan Island, Thailand, then again with the full top structure for the Colours of Love Festival in March 2022.
The entire structure uses 108 meters of WS2811 LED strips, 14 universes of ArtNet, 2 nodes, custom power injection boxes, and connectors. Controlled using MADRIX. GingerWork led the creative process, woodworking, and 3D printing. I handled the electronics, technical design, programming, and live operation.
DIY control desk
We created a customized lighting console in 2020 that operates any size of lighting setup using MagicQ software. The goal was to make it small enough to fit into a carry-on case but still offer enough executors and faders for serious work.
Uses ChamSys MagicQ with a Rack Mount dongle for MIDI, audio, and ArtNet IN. A KORG nanoKONTROL2 controls the first 10 playbacks. Two custom pages of 64 executors are programmed into a Launchpad Mini MK3, with the third page reserved for command buttons via macros. The monitor is a 13" touchscreen on a lightweight laptop stand.

A collection of bitmaps for any button or fader in the Execute window of ChamSys MagicQ. Move the contents into the MagicQ > show > bitmaps folder and start assigning them. PSD template included so you can make your own.
